Telligent Community is a free and commercial social software product that includes a suite of social applications (forums, wikis, blogs, etc.) and social services (likes, ratings, reviews, comments):

Telligent Community supports a number of integrations and add-ons available through partners as well as open-sourced on GitHub.
Telligent was formed in 2004 by Rob Howard. Community Server 1.0 was released in the fall of 2004 and was designed to bring together many new collaboration technologies into a single integrated suite. Community Server was the first fully featured community platform available.
In 2009 Community Server was rebranded to Telligent Community and Telligent Enterprise and the brand ‘Community Server’ was no longer used. Telligent Community was a version of the software focused on external communities while Telligent Enterprise was a version of the software focused on internal (employee) communities.
Telligent acquired Leverage Software in 2012 and began integrating its customers and technologies into the Telligent platform.
Telligent acquired Zimbra from VMWare in 2013 and rebranded the business from Telligent to Zimbra. The Telligent product line was subsequently rebranded as Zimbra Social.
In 2015 Verint® Systems acquired the Telligent business from Zimbra to advance Verint’s solutions for engaging the digital consumer through social engagement and community channels. The product was renamed back to Telligent Community.

I thought you were called Zimbra Community or Zimbra Social?
Yes, we had a mild identity crisis after acquiring Zimbra from VMWare. In 2015 we began operating as Telligent again after being acquired by Verint® Systems. As for the product? It’s just Telligent Community now.
What happened to Telligent Community and Telligent Enterprise?
Again, we’ve done a marvelous job at making our brand confusing. Telligent Community and Telligent Enterprise became Zimbra Social when we acquired Zimbra from VMWare. It’s just Telligent Community now.
